- Man, there sure was some excellent college football on this weekend. Stanford beat USC in triple OT. Luckily, I caught the tail-end of that game. Vandy nearly upset Arkansas. And Case Keenum made a Heisman statement (and history).
- I know what I'm about to say has absolutely nothing to do with last weekend, but I'm so ready for the National Championship game on November 5th. Okay. Maybe it's not THE national championship game. But the LSU @ Alabama game is as close as your going to get until January. The Good-Win! Sports Blog is hoping to have a guest blogger on this topic very soon.
- There was so much college football going on last weekend that it was hard to remeber that the NFL was playing football too. The Rams shocked the Saints for their first victory of the year. Can Cam Newton catch a break? And has Tom Brady lost his touch?
- Oh, and we have a new world champion in Major League Baseball. Congrats, Cardinals fans.
